I bought some of these magnetic necklaces for my family... are they really therapeutic?

it is supposed to help the energy flow in the body. or in some cultures you could say it helps the chi flow. my dad had one and it helped him even with his Lou Gehrig's disease. now this doesn't mean its all in your head. but if you think it works and feel better for it then whats wrong with that.
